What the Meridian desk keeps about you, and for how long.
Ordering, requesting documentation or registering for research access gives the desk a small set of records. This page says what they are, why we hold them, when they are deleted and who can see them. Last updated 22 October 2026.
At checkout: your organisation, organisation type, contact name, role, work email, phone, laboratory ship-to address and state, order notes, the research-use attestation and the time you accepted it, your order lines and the payment network you chose. For quote and documentation requests: the same contact and organisation fields plus your question. If research-access registration is switched on: the profile you enter, the agreement version you accepted, a hashed form of the IP address used to accept, one-time email codes, and the result of denied-party screening.
To confirm you are buying on behalf of a research organisation and to decline orders that are not. To fulfil orders, ship to a laboratory address and keep lot documentation (COA, chain of custody) tied to the right buyer. To meet sanctions and export-control obligations. To prevent fraud and repeat attempts on our forms.
USDT transfers happen on the public TRON or Ethereum network; we see the transfer amount and address, never your wallet keys. Card payments, once activated, are processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy; Meridian never stores card numbers.
One-time codes and rate-limit records: 30 days, then deleted automatically. Orders, attestations, review decisions and screening results: 5 years after your last order, kept as compliance records. A profile with no orders can be deleted on request. Abandoned checkouts that never reach payment expire from your browser's local storage and are not kept by the desk.
The Meridian desk and the services that run it (Netlify hosting and storage, Telegram notifications to the desk, email delivery). We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or remarketing.
Email info@meridianresearchsupply.com or call (470) 648-4501 for a copy, a correction or a deletion request. We reply from the desk within two business days. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California) may exercise their access and deletion rights the same way.
