Research chemicals handled under controlled conditions cannot be restocked once delivered, so this policy is about replacement and refund rather than return. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Tell the desk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the pack, the lot number and the order reference. We replace the pack or refund it in full, your choice.
If an order is declined for eligibility, compliance, availability or a sanctions or shipping restriction, any payment received is refunded in full to the method used.
Before dispatch: full refund. After dispatch: not refundable except under the damaged, short or incorrect rule above.
USDT refunds go to the sending wallet on the same network. Card refunds, once card payments are active, go back to the card through Stripe and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Returns of delivered packs for change of mind, and any claim based on human or veterinary use, since the materials are supplied for in-vitro research only.
