Shipping Policy
Research materials ship to the laboratory address on the approved order, inside the United States. Last updated 23 October 2026.
All 50 states and the District of Columbia, to a street address of a research organisation. No PO Boxes, no private mailboxes, no residential delivery for organisations that cannot show a laboratory address.
Shipping and any duties are quoted at documentation review and are not included in the pack price. Typical dispatch is within three business days of payment confirmation; carrier and transit time are confirmed in the quote. Tracking is sent to the order email.
Lyophilised vials ship sealed in their ten-vial packs with the lot number on the outer label. Cold-chain items, where required, ship with gel packs and are flagged in the quote.
The shipping lot's COA, HPLC and MS reports are available for every shipment on request; see COAs / Test Results.
Damaged, short or incorrect shipments: tell the desk within 7 days of delivery with photos and the lot number. See Refunds & Returns.
