Terms of sale.

Meridian Research Supply LLC sells to research organisations only: universities and academic labs, contract research organisations, pharma and biotech R&D, government and public research labs, independent and private research labs, life-science startups, cosmetic and formulation R&D, and veterinary or agricultural research. The person placing the order must be 21 or older and authorised to purchase for that organisation. Independent labs and startups order with a business email and a laboratory ship-to address. We do not sell to individuals, clinics, med-spas, compounding pharmacies or resellers who supply them.

Every product is a research chemical supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing we sell is a drug, food, cosmetic, supplement or medical device, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, or for human or veterinary use of any kind. By ordering you attest to this use and agree not to resell to anyone who cannot make the same attestation. The desk declines, cancels and refunds any order whose details reference human use, dosing or clinical application.

Prices are in US dollars per 10-vial pack as shown on each product page, and may change without notice; the price at the time your order is accepted is the price you pay. Shipping and any duties are quoted separately during documentation review and are not included in the pack price. Card payments settle in USD; USDT payments settle at 1:1 and must be sent in the exact amount shown, on the network you selected.

An order is accepted when the desk confirms payment and completes documentation review; until then it is a request and the desk may decline it for eligibility, compliance or availability reasons, with any payment returned. USDT sent on the wrong network or in a different amount is held for manual review. Card payments are available only after merchant activation and are processed by Stripe.

Full policy: Shipping Policy. We ship to the laboratory address on the order, inside the United States, with lot documentation (COA, chain of custody) available for every lot shipped. Delivery times and carriers are confirmed at documentation review. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you gave.

Full policy: Refunds & Returns. Because these are research chemicals handled under controlled conditions, we cannot accept returns once a pack has been delivered. If a pack arrives damaged, incorrect or short, tell the desk within 7 days of delivery with photos and the lot number and we will replace it or refund it. Orders the desk cancels are refunded in full to the payment method used.

Orders may be screened against denied-party and sanctions lists and may be held or cancelled when a match cannot be cleared, when shipping restrictions apply, or when an order appears intended for human use. Refunds for cancelled orders are returned in full.

Products are supplied as research materials without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; the buyer is responsible for safe handling, storage and lawful use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
